2D floor plan
It is nothing but an overview a house plan simply with the diagram of x and y-axis namely giving direction to lop, down, left and right respectively. The 2D floor plan is easier to create which is cheap and affordable when compared to the 3D plan. The 2D floor plan is enabling the glance of a complete house plan which modification can be carried out at the design phase itself which can be implemented in building construction. Creation of the plan would take less turnaround time and more accuracy in design with the 2D Floorplan. A simple hand drawn plan is converted into a graphical 2D sketch with exact scaling of each room including the outline of the overall land space property. The 2D Floor plan is used by the constructors, realtors, builders in while verification with the separating plots and building construction. It doesn’t show exactly as furnished in the 3D floor plan but enables to show each room with windows, doors, and shutters.
